Pleased with Geek Squad replacement for my grandson’s Amazon Fire tablet.

Can’t go wrong with peace of mind. Only had to use once on one of my purchases but was worth every penny and then some!

I recommend this Geek Squad protection plan for all your electronics through Best Buy, because they standby they’re claim to fix or replace.

You can't go wrong with thees folks they know their business. Very knowledgeable and personable go out of the way to make whatever is wrong right.

When my daughters tablet broke these guys were awesome and fixed it quickly

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

Always buy the warranty to make sure I am covered if something goes wrong. It has came in handy a few times. But it also takes all worries away.

One of the better protection plans! And they always honor it. Now i dont have to worry about a broken screen.

It feels good to have this geek squad warranty. Knowing any problem the will replace or repair the product. My product was replaced without hesitation.

The geek squad mounted my TV and connected my surround system. We where both geeking out about the set up and still having a professional great treatment.

They are awesome to only thing when you remove some they should fix back but I know they don’t do that

The bestbuy warranty on staff is one of the best on the market. When you need it, it always works and without any problem.

I've had this coverage on other devices in the past, and it's been a worthwhile expense. I have not had to use it yet for my current device, but I wouldn't want to go without it!

I would recommend this warranty, it definitely helps if something were to happen. Save money on repair/replacing with this
