Geek Squad service us the best! Iorth every penny. I had an issue with a tablet and made an appointment by phone. There was no waiting and the tech resolved the problem in minutes.

I love my kindle! It's so portable and easy to use. If you're an avid reader, but don't like having physical copies, this is for you!

Great price for the warranty on the Samsung tablet. I would definitely recommend getting this 2 year warranty if you have smaller children.

I would never purchase electronics anywhere else besides Best Buy because of their great geek squad program. As a mom of 3, it's the only way to go!!

I purchased the 2-year protection since my son is small and most likely he would end up breaking it or something happening to it which was great because I ended up having to use it went in there with no problem had it exchanged the only thing I had to purchase the 2-year protection again which cost another 30 $40 so I'm not sure if that's really a great deal still cuz each time you use it you still have to pay money

The geek squad agents are awesome. Very intelligent and definately helpfull when you don't quite understand the functions or the capabilities of the products Best Buy sells. I highly recommend investing in the geek squad agents warranties because they have helped me on several occasions. haven't "used" this service on the device I bought (Galaxy Tab S6). interaction with GS accidental coverage was excellent for a diff. device. they quickly physically verified my broken screen processed my deductible and I had a new device the next day. worth the cost for high end mobile devices susceptible to droppage, $200 deductible (no monthly fee) or $1000+ for a brand new device without the coverage.

So great, so worth it. These electronics break so easily.

Every device I have purchased from Best Buy (Galaxy Tab 3, Galaxy Tab 4, Galaxy Tab S, Galaxy Tab S2) I automatically request and pay for Geek Squad protection. So far my devices have remained in pristine condition without having to use the insurance protection, but this is great to have. It's almost like Murphy's Law with electronics and no insurance - whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. Not only do my devices receive this insurance upon purchase, but I pay every year to maintain the protection and service. Last time I didn't renew my Geek Squad, within 2 weeks after it expired, my tablet started to malfunction and I found myself paying for a new tablet when I couldn't have it fixed (costed me more to fix so I purchased a new tablet). Lesson learned!

If you have kids definitely get the the warranty. Youll be in an out or you can get the product shipped to your home.

I love their protection plan!!! It has served me well. My son trnds to drop our tablets from time to time. They are always friendly. When they have to send it off and it cant be fixed I get a gift card that is usually worth more than i orginally paid.

Used them before many times. Always got my equipment going.

Idk if its a me thing or them but i havent needed them and thats a win in my book.

I so far have been fortunate not to need this 2-year accidental damage plan for the tablet I got for my son almost 2-years ago, but I like that I did get it for just in case. He is now 7 years old, but was 5 years old when I got the android tablet for him to use for educational games and apps. The tablet still works and is in good condition.
