I have not had to use the coverage for this device, but previous devices I have used it on was simple and no hassel.

Great tablets for small children while traveling. Plenty of storage for downloads when you don’t have WiFi.

I had a problem with a computer I purchased, after my grandson accidentally dropped it. I took the computer back to Best Buy and it was replaced on the spot.

Have not had any issues using my device and have not had to send it in. Geek squad is helpful for tech support.

Best investment to protect your product because you never know what might happen if you break it you drop it or something

Can not really rate this product as i have only just purchased it and not had to use it yet. Will update if i ever have to use it, but very happy with what it covers especially for a teenager.

Did my own installation, this was a "just incase" purchase.....never had a problem before that wasn't fixed or resolved by these guys.

A warranty for my product never had a problem with a product but always rather n safe than sorry

I buy other computer and I put protection, when I goto BestBuy your change for other one, the protection is perfect.

I always buy at least the one year plan, have never had to use it, but for the price I thought it was worth having.

Luckily I have not had to use it to fix anything on my devices, but glad to know it is there as an insurance.
