I don't usually purchase an extended warranty but because I made the purchase for my grandson I felt it was worth it.

Writing this for the rewards points. So far have not needed to use the protection, but I am glad I have it. Love that I can get my tablet screen replaced if necessary!

They don't reimburse tax only the amount you paid for the product if they are not able to repair the item.

I can't begin to stress enough how important this is for your peace of mind regarding your purchases. I also can't imagine anyone passing on this protection because trust me, when you need it, you'll be glad you did.

Best insurance for all electronics. You can renew and keep track of all your items on the app. I find this a great piece of mind and love that it's offered with all my high end tech.

I don't buy any laptops without Geek Squat protection. Lucky we don't need to use it much but it does provide peace of mind especially when the kids are out an about on campus.

what I paid for for this plan and the nominal deductible was worth with. like a duffus I dropped my $1000 device and paid a $150 deductible, new device was at my door the next day.

This service is a little over priced but Glad I had this coverage even thought they could not connect to it in order to assist me via online; had to bring in my ms surface pro 4 in to Best Buy in order to have my problem solved.

Bought this extra protection for my 4year old granddaughters tablet. Peace of mind knowing that it will be replaced if anything happens to it.

We haven't had to use the Geek protection on this item yet, but have used it on past items. Love being able to just bring the item to the store and talk to someone in person!

Nothing is better than having the geek squad behind your product. Best perk is you go right to the store with any problems and they can help you right there. No sending it out and waiting on who knows who fixing your product.

Having geek squad protection is great to have as it is convenient to use should you have a problem with your electronics. Take it in or call and problem gets fixed without you having to figure out what’s wrong.

is great that best buy offer this protection for the equipment that you buy, and is easy to get, i hope I never used, but if I will use, best buy will be supported excellent.
