It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.

I havent had to use Geek Squad yet for my tablet but in the past when Ive used Geen Squad they have always been super helpful.

Got protection plan and forgot about it so I called to check and my plan was good for any spills, falls cracks all of the things kids might do. They were covered. I would tell everyone to get the protection plan very a affordable plan.

Always top quality support for all electronics purchased, if needed.

This extended warranty plan is a must have for electronics. Gives you good protection for exchange if something goes wrong

I've had Geek Squad since my first computer and if there's Abby issues, they're there to help.

It is an excellent service, the people that work there are very nice and help me quickly to resolve the problem.

If I have had a problem with my Surface Pro, the Geek Squad has resolved it and teaches me on how to properly use my Survace Pro to my advantage!

I always get the protection for any product I buy from best buy worth getting you never know what might happen to your device.

I bought this for my new Microsoft Surface Pro and it's already paid off. I got a little bit of moisture in my surface. Went to Best Buy. Walked out with a new surface. And yes i bought this protection again for the new one.

Even though we paid for the warranty and never had to use it, it was great to have.

I highly recommend getting the geek squad protection on all your purchased that it is available for. I have never seen a warranty service as good as this. When they say if they cant fix it they will replace it they mean it

I just love geek squad always so friendly and super helpful. I have never had any issues with any of my items being returned or replaced the staff always makes you feel like family overall geek squad your the best...

Worthwhile to have with expensive electronic items.

I never had to use it for a replacement but it is very good to have to protect your products just in case. This is s no brainer
