Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. I got the Geek Squad protection for my tablet, because I take it to school every day and wanted a peace of mine, in case anything were to spill on it. Or if I were to drop it, I know it is covered.

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

Absolutely pathetic service I spend over 200 on the pathetic 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection just to have my Surface pro start boot looping after I tried to factory reset it. Just to be told o sorry “ you have to send it Microsoft or pay more money to have Windows reinstalled”. I’m sorry but what you b.u.ms are telling me I should’ve said I broke it. How in the world is the reinstallation of windows not covered and now I must send to Microsoft. Thanks for nothing deceitful scammers.

Best thing since you're the immunization shots, just get the protections you will be happy, its easy break it brings it in give it to the Geeks and they will fix it or replace it!

I purchased a two year warranty for my son’s tablet. I was told that if anything happens to it (ex: my son breaks it), all I have to do is bring it in and they will either fix it or replace it. I rated it 3 stars because I haven’t needed to use this service, yet. If there comes a time that I will need to use it, and if the issue is covered and there’s no problem replacing or fixing it, then I will re-rate it.

I buy the geek squad with everything I buy from best buy. This is a great value although I always price match and the employees always mess this up so then I pay double for the price of protection plan.

Excellent Coverage and i rating it not based on this purchase alone but all my warranty purchases at Bestbuy. The always fix or replace the device. I love their customer service and professionalism.

We have saved $$$ by having Geek Squad.My husband couldn't survive without these people! When his printer doesn't work a tech always helps get him out of the mess. Not a one has ever told him it was usually his fault/ incompetence/etc. We must keep our membership!

The agent did a wonderful job he listened to everything I had to say and informed me that is going to be a week or so

A year has gone by and I did not use this warranty, but... The previous tablet I got had a problem and due to this warranty I had for it, it was replaced right away.
