I don't usually purchase an extended warranty but because I made the purchase for my grandson I felt it was worth it.

So far, its great. I haven't run in to any problems yet. I love mine. But I bought mine for my ring doorbell.

Great had two issues with a brand new tablet both times easy check in stand out for repairs second time could not be repaired and exchanged for the same model

If you can afford this, always purchase it. I only wish that when you purchase multiple items at one this you had a option get a bundle deal at a discounted price.

We always get the protection plans when we purchase some technology items. It helps when your trying out new products or something you’ll want to replace

Great added protection. Geek Squad and Best Buy are the only people I trust to buy my electronics from and warranty their protection with no questions or hassles.

I got the insurance due to my son has butterfingers. To add on the problem he thinks he can carry multiple items at the same time.

The only flaw i would say is they werent able to repair my son tablet so they replaced it and i couldnt renew the protection i would have to spend a whole nother 40 dollars on insurance but other than that its solid i would recommend getting it because when your item breaks it nice to know it can still be replace if not fix

Haven't used it for this product yet. But have bought it for other products in the past and found BB staff to be helpful and easy to work with when issues arrive.

When I got any issues with the tablet they changed for me with another new tablet

They don't reimburse tax only the amount you paid for the product if they are not able to repair the item.

I would always recommend gig squad to anybody bringing your product anything wrong with it they will fix it at a reasonable amount of time

Geek squad helped walk me through the set up of my Brydge Keyboard and explained what I would & wouldnt get with a non memory keyboard vs the keyboards with extra memory
