We fully recommend buying Geek Squad on any electronic equipment over 100.00. Best Buy stands behind their geek squad protection plans. Either they fix it or replace it.

Easy to use as Best Buy keeps track of it on the computer. You don't have to have the actual receipt or mail anything in. They will also sub a similar product if necessary. Unfortunately if your product malfunctions before the two years, you will have to buy a new plan for the replacement item.

Easy to add to product and nice to be able to track through the website.

This was just a protection plan that we didn't even need to use

I’ve had this on my washer and every time I called them they had someone here fast and I live in the country always friendly and help every time

Geek squad helpfulness kind and answered all questions love my pad and the geek squad help me understand and work the ipad they are wonderful

I never had to use this, but I was glad I got it for the peace of mind. I would say its a good deal depending on what you are getting it for.

I love that if ANYTHING goes wrong or breaks, it's covered. I can take my purchase in to the store and if it's an easy fix they fix it and if it's by suck an easy fix they replace it.
