Protection is always a great investment. Thankfully I haven’t had to utilize it yet but if I need to I’m happy I have it!

I always buy the protection plans with the geek squad they are very good at repairs or whatever the situation my be they are prompt and want really nice group of people to work with!!

They taught me to use my tablet. Excellent customer service

Buy to protect yourself from buying again worth it

You will need protection on any device or item that can break. I've used Geek Squad for years and had one issue that was quickly resolved.

Geek squad is always there to help! Especially in a time like this, being stuck at home and getting help over the phone from an expert is awesome!

If is taking forever to get bac km a tablet that I turned in weeks ago. I'm fairly certain they need to just give me a new one. Not sure what's taking so long. Oh, and they were very rude about the appointment times they do now. They schedule blocks of time which are 20 minutes long. I assumed that was my window to come and drop it off. No, they want you to come at te beginning of that time frame. I was a little late and live over 30 minutes away. When I arrived, the kid told me I had to reschedule. He was literally standing there doing nothing. Very annoying and rude. I would still recommend getting a warranty, though. Best Buy typically has a great policy.

Love this. I forgot I had purchased this and lucky I came across it. Still had broken tablet and got all my money back on gift card.

We have had to bring back my daughter tablet be/c it turned off and would not turn back on and they gave us another one without any problems.

I got this protection plan for my mother-in-laws Kindle Fire. So far, so good. No complaints.

Got a protection plan an if any problem arises with any of my devices or gaming geek squad no what it take to get your item's right back running.

The Geek Squad team at the Spring Meadows store is the BEST. Very patient, helpful, courteous -- always willing to take extra time and go above and beyond the "call of duty."

Hopefully I won’t need to use this but it’s good to have just in case lol kids break things a lot lol

I was extremely happy to be able to call on the Geek Squad for free when my grandson downloaded an app that was bad. They fixed it totally and made some more helpful suggestions to us.

Love it so far so good! Haven’t had a problem with their service.

To be honest some of the things you buy don't truly break until your warranty is over so it would be so nice to renew it before that happens.

I never seem to need the protection, but it is nice to have.
