Love this plan because it protects the tablets I bought by just returning them to the store for complete replacements.

The protection is convenient because it covers items that you damage not just product failure. You also don't have to register or keep up with a receipt because it's all in the system. Downfall is that they don't have high tier IT personal that can do major virus damage repair.
