was fast and friendly service...Did not like the hassle of getting service...ended up going to manufacture to get my product fixed....said their was nothing they could do to my i pad

Did The Accidental protection for my grandson's tablet, he was 10, seemed to be a good idea. Haven't had to use it so far, but if he broke it I'd be sure glad I had it.

I finally broke down and bouggt an extra warranty bc I got tired of the kids breaking their electronic devices.Of course I haven't needed to use it yet but I have collected on other ones.well worth the piece of mind

I took my item back and received prompt service. In fact, I received a new item within 2 days.

I have not had to use this but if I did or when I'd guess I do I will write a review and I would recommend always getting some sort of warranty for peace of mind

Two Samsung tablets went bad in the first two years of use. Both were out of warrenty and repair costs were too expensive. Totally recommend geek squad warrenty on a tablet.

Always buy the protection plans. It’s well worth the money. I have purchased all of the protection plan through Best Buy geek squad from tablet to all of my major appliances.

Must needed add on to any Best Buy purchased item. Insurance always seems to come in to play at some point. Majority of the times the accidents aren’t planned. So do yourself a favor!
