My sons tablet from christmas had already had a broken charger port (completely missing inner piece), returned ..and againnnn another broken charger port within TWO months of christmas this year. After the first return I removed all chargers and would be the only one (other than my parents) to charge it. It STILL broke half of the charger port piece off somehow. I am beginning to be very wary of the quality of amazon purchases these days....from clothes to electronics to skin/hair care, sadly. Found a "name brand" tablet on best buy for slightly more money, but literally I am SO much more confident in this tablet AND store. Second bigger purchase since christmas with Best Buy & I am about to make a 3rd (Meta 3 VR headset) tonight. THANK YOU FOR BEING TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!!

The gentleman was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He dealt with phone calls, impatient customers without appointments and dealt with my issue quickly. He knew exactly what was wrong and what the solution was. It was the best experience. You guys need to hire more people to help them out. They were swamped. They always are. They need a raise and more help. My hat is off to the Geek Squad.

I had problems with the tablet two days after i purchased it. I called and they said it had a virus. They exchanged it for a new one without asking any questions.

Have had two kindle tablets for the little kiddos, one cracked the screen and the other messed up the charging port. Took both in and was able to get a giftcard to replace with new ones with no issue!

I always get the Geek Squad protection on my electronics and my appliances. Sometimes I never need it - other times it's REALLY benefited. One of my Xbox Elite 2 controllers died about a week before the two year warranty expired. No controllers were available for take home or order at that time, so I got a full refund including the cost of the warranty. Similar issue with an HP laptop that kept having system board problems. Two times I had to send it in for repair, second time it came back and still had the same issue, so I simply got a full refund to apply to a new computer. Well worth it
