Comes in handy and not just with kids. I always try to get this. Worth it. Accidentally drop or spill something on computer or game system it will get fixed as long as it has the accidental plan

I am so glad i bought this protection otherwise i would have had to buy a new tablet when my boy cracked his lucklybi was able to go into the store and they where able to give a brand new tablet !

Anytime you buy anything from best buy, get the geek squad. They always solve my problems and are always available for questions. Nice little perk and very valuable.

I highly recommend getting this added protection. I have yet to not use it and been extremely happy with the results and customer service I have experienced.

I have not had to use it on this item. But I had the warranty on an iPod 5th gen and was really glad I did. Had to use it more than once on that item. But I think it has changed as far as what it covers since then so you would need to check really well what it covers. It replaced it with a new not refurbished one for me.

Glad I had this plan. a few hundred dollar warranty resulted in getting two replacement machines over the life of the plan. Easily paid for itself.

I highly recommend anyone buying products to get a warranty plan. You never know what can happen and you should make sure your product is protected.

Purchased as a backup for "Just in Case". Glad to have it and glad that we didn't have to use it. With all the accidents that could happen it nice to have.

Luckily i haven't had to use this plan yet. If i hadn't purchased it im sure we would have a different story. But this projection gives me peace of mind.

I purchase it to keep from being sorry that I didn't. I use it a lot. I just make the appointment, show up at the appointment, and Geek Squad just takes care of it.

I got this extra warranty for my tablet. Its always best and wise to have extra protection for your products for piece of mind.

Geek Squad protection is well worth the money. Those associates have the knowledge to repair the item, or pinpoint any software problem that may exist. I have seen them in action, they debugged a family laptop.

A must for any tech purchase. Very knowledgeable people and always not only take care of the problems, but give additional knowledge on your product.

Love the protection it adds. I've only had to use it a few times with various devices but if you're clumsy like me it's worth the little extra money.
