I have purchased Geek Squad service for my high-value devices and the few times I have required service have been positive experiences, it is easy and quick to schedule a service appointment, repairs are done in an acceptable time and if not They are capable of repairing and replacing the product with a totally new one of the same or similar commercial value depending on the situation.

Bought this fory kids tablet and it's a great investment. Both my kids are not careful with their devices sometimes and things happen. With this service we get peace of mind that it can be corrected in a timely manner.

Idk if its a me thing or them but i havent needed them and thats a win in my book.

Never thought I would need support this soon but after only a couple of weeks I had a problem, could not connect to the internet. Called the Geeks Squad and received an appointment for later that day. Arrived for the appointment about 15 minutes early and the repair was completed in less than 10 minutes. So, I was out and, on my way, with everything working great before my scheduled appointment time. This is great peace of mind for a nontechnical person like me.

Total tech is a hassle-free repair program. They fixed a computer I had even before I had total tech. Other big box retailers offer a warranty at extra cost but then won't cover you because you must first exhaust the manufacturer's warranty where ever that happens to be. Now if something breaks I take it to best buy. They fix it. Period. I go home happy.

Geek Squad Protection is a must have! Don't look at it as an exra cost to add on. Look at it as a cost saver because if/when your tablet flies out of your hand or it falls out of the car and the screen cracks or something inside breaks, maybe water or other liquid spills and damages it you won't be sorry to have bought a plan like this. Especially important for more expensive portable devices.

Good protection tp have. Priced just right. You never know if it will be needed. Better to have it and not need it thsn toneed it and not have it..
