Its a Good tablet I got them for my kids and they like it for games and for videos

Best Buys Geek squad service is outstanding. Everything that I buy from Best Buy I get the service plan with it so I know that I'm protected. They are great at honoring their service plans. I highly recommend getting a service plan.

This is probably a good investment. I've had several broken laptops that had I purchased an extended warranty would have likey been repaired in less than a week. However, skipping out on a warranty meant that I had to order replacement parts and do my own labor. I can fix a computer fast but ordering the correct replacement parts can take time. A warranty allows you to just drop off your device and pick it up much faster. You live and learn.

This is a great tablet for the price. More bang for your buck over iPad. The fact that it comes with the pen is stellar! Bright screen and good battery life along with a light weight should put this device at the top of your list if you're shopping for a tablet. Performance is good as I never saw any lag. I mostly use it for reading, watching movies or TV while on the treadmill, quick internet lookups and note-taking at work.

it cost me 120 + tax and 40 for geek squad 1 year that really is not so good because well it already comes with a 1 year manufacturer, 40 is steep considering 1 year and so much for that- should be like 3 year, so Best Buy... I always get a fair deal w/bb geek but I had 1 weird 1 where my phone had a problem and (long time ago) i had a 2 year i went there and they told me it wasn't through geek squad but through boast even though they pointed out to me that it indeed say geek on the receipt. All the memories of that one or vague but I was let down. And just the same way on a vinyl player at wal-mart the same way. Those two times were terrible but I doubt that will happen to you. I recommend though unlike me take your proof and call the upper powers because they do listen though. i give them a 4 stars for this product price. But geek squad is usually always 5

Bought this fore my son to use for his school work and to red books on.

The Geek Squad is a tremendous benefit from Best Buy. They set up and transferred information on all of our devices (computer, tablet, etc.). They are a great tool as well if you have any software, set up, virus, general operation issues, and general questions. Available via in store, phone, or computer chat they have been a tremendous help and resource.

Being able to fix your computer iPad or any other product you buy at Best Buy in the same place is important

Keep the Best Buy protection on all your purchases that you cannot afford to readily go out and spend that money to replace. The best hassle free and easiest protection plan hands down. We have had several products fail and Best Buy is always there to fix, replace or provide a refund if they no longer carry that product (minus the protection plan coverage of course). So definitely would recommend. Super easy.

I can't believe what a savior the protection plan was to my purchase. I bought the Surface Pro 4 and luckily I added the protection plan. A week after I bought the surface (before my case came through the mail), I dropped it and the entire screen was cracked. FORTUNATELY, I added the protection plan. They were able to give me a complete new Surface. I did lose my protection plan (in other words the $150 i spent on the plan was used, so I had to pay another $120 to get another protection plan. It's still totally worth it. Accidents happen all the time.

Always gleefully glad to have this (always buy with each laptop/tablet purchase). HOWEVER, I purchased 3-year plan for my *prior* Surface Pro 7, had it for 2 days & cracked the screen. This plan meant I got brand new replacement. BUT had to buy yet another 3-yr plan (and another $280) for the new replacement. So I wound up paying for TWO of these plans or $560 within a few days! Would loved to have carried the old plan over to cover new replacement.

Get the warranty! Especially if you have a 4 year old!

I purchased this accidental insurance and it's great that I did, because the open box computer attached to it went black and quit working.. this kicked in and we got a new "refurbised" machine in it's place and it's been 100% ever since.. saved my butt!!

Product worked perfectly and didn't require the use of this protection. Interaction with Geek Squad at location has always been a pleasure. Always get the insurance, better safe than sorry!
