Easy to change when breaks. Geek squad very helpful

I love Geek Squad! I have been purchasing this protection for my electronics for years and have never been disappointed! I am very careful with my devices, so often don't even end up needing this service, but on the occasions I have needed Geek Squad, this protection plan paid for itself (and my repaired/replaced device) over and over again! Definitely recommended!

Every device I have purchased from Best Buy (Galaxy Tab 3, Galaxy Tab 4, Galaxy Tab S, Galaxy Tab S2) I automatically request and pay for Geek Squad protection. So far my devices have remained in pristine condition without having to use the insurance protection, but this is great to have. It's almost like Murphy's Law with electronics and no insurance - whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. Not only do my devices receive this insurance upon purchase, but I pay every year to maintain the protection and service. Last time I didn't renew my Geek Squad, within 2 weeks after it expired, my tablet started to malfunction and I found myself paying for a new tablet when I couldn't have it fixed (costed me more to fix so I purchased a new tablet). Lesson learned!

Bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 9. Screen went out after only a few months. Received full store credit. So, it paid for itself about 10 times over.

Got a new tablet because my last one broke . Unfortunately did not have insurance. This product makes me feel good to know I have protection

I haven’t used it yet this time around but in my experience anytime I have ever used them, they were exceptional. They fix the problem and are always polite .

I purchased this warranty to go with my new tablet. My husband has the same tablet and he hasn't had any problems with it but when I purchased my tablet I wanted to have the coverage on it.

I so far have been fortunate not to need this 2-year accidental damage plan for the tablet I got for my son almost 2-years ago, but I like that I did get it for just in case. He is now 7 years old, but was 5 years old when I got the android tablet for him to use for educational games and apps. The tablet still works and is in good condition.

This type of insurance company seems good to me since my children are very careless with their tablets but so far they have repaired my devices due to accidents

You know it was bound to happen. First year in med school, so much stress! The salt lamp meant for relaxation fell on top of the surface pro laptop screen. The Geek Squad supported us through this tragic event and the screen was replaced. Thanks Geek Squad!

Perfect tablet for kids my nefews have so many activities to do . Definitely better than the first generation were you really couldnt play vedio games and this version you can.

I love this Microsoft Surface Pro warranty. Just wish they had a 5 year option.
