Lasted about a year before we had to take it back. We’ve never had much luck with any Fire tablets.

Had to purchase another warranty protection cause the first broke. It's good to have one just in case.

The protection is convenient because it covers items that you damage not just product failure. You also don't have to register or keep up with a receipt because it's all in the system. Downfall is that they don't have high tier IT personal that can do major virus damage repair.

I have not had to use the coverage for this device, but previous devices I have used it on was simple and no hassel.
