    Once youve issued a claim with the plan you will have to purchase a secondary plan for the new item. Within 2 months the item failed and now a secondary purchase is "necessary" to continue coverage.

    don't waste your money. I bought a laptop open box and geek squad was supposed to have been over it but when i got home it had a virus they did fix it but should have been caught before going back on the floor for sale

    My geek squad protection was activated about 10 days prior to me receiving my product. It activated as soon as the product shipped. I may need those 10 days extra in the future. Not cool. Please fix this Best Buy.

    I'm glad i add extra warranty over my security cameras because i have problem with one of them and they take care of me to fast and easy and theydid replace it and it's first time i have warranty and really worked.
