I love having the protection that best buy offers through Geek squad. It is definitely worth the extra buck just to get things covered to the fullest. Things happen and being covered for random situations is a must have!

My Garmin quit and went to store for exchange. They found it not working and exchanged for the latest comparative one. Very disappointed wuth replacement. Only came w/ permanent mount. Went again today and was told had to but a suction cup for $25.00. Finally did and then tried it but the suction cup mount blocked 25% of the camera. Going to take back everything tomorrow. Very disappointed.

I deliver Pizza's all day long and I could never do my job without this GPS, its so user friendly and I love that you can save addresses on it. works great if you take frequent trips to places out of town like seaworld and Disney and such. If you do use it for a bigger place like a theme park though Google the GPS address because sometimes the normal address isnt the one you need to get there.

Excellent protection plan, insurance coverage is unconditional and good for two years

It got me to the right place without a problem...volunme was a little low for me since i am hard of hearing and I have an old car(21 yrs old) so road noise is a little bit of a problem...but it is a good product

I used the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection just after the first month and no question asked they were getting me a replacement and I decided to upgrade and they were able to swap it out with the replacement and only had to cover addiction cost unlike other protection plans I have had that would only cover the replacement and not let you upgrade

I've always trusted Garmin and no different here. I like the parking sensing feature. I've had issues with other cameras draining my battery in the past but this one does not do that.

I highly recommend the guys at the Lakewood location. Very personable and knowledgeable.

The agents installed my dash cam. Before they installed a lot of cars got so close to my car. Now when they see a have cam they don't get that close.

My Garmin stopped working while under the protection plan. When I returned it to Best Buy, the exact product was no longer available but a better product with more features was. Best Buy honored the Geek Squad protection and replaced the item no questions asked. And I was able to buy another plan for the new item. I am very impressed with Best Buy.

I always buy geek squad protection for electronic devices and it is pretty simple and easy way of securing products. I have claimed for few products like vacuum cleaner and TV and received BB gift card for the original purchased price. Highly recommended for electronic products
