Very easy to setup. I installed it in my charger in 30 minutes. I love it. Only thing I would say is, I wish BB told me ahead of time it does the same thing as the rear camera they installed for me. Other than that, no issues at all.

I had a dash cam. After 500 days it kept freezing up. Went to the store in person where i bought it from. Very easy return process! I bought the warranty again on new dash cam. If return experience was not so easy i wouldnt have. But with a dash camthat sits out in the sun i dont seem to have much luck with them lasting. Thanks for honoring the extended warranty without any hassles.

I purchased a 3-year protection plan for my Rexing Dashcam. As reliable as they might seem, being under the sun every day will surely cause some deterioration at some point. A couple of the cable connections melted from heat over time causing the pins to be stuck inside the unit beyond repair. My protection plan was able to cover the damage and was given a brand-new replacement on the spot.

I wouldn't be without it. I have had Geek Squad insurance on other GPS's and they are always there when I needed help.

Some aspects work and some don't.. I am pretty sure that I can replace within the 2 years but I can't get my $$$ back..

In the last 10 years, I’ve been through five different dashboard cameras. I kept the Geek Squad warranty on two of them. What was interesting, is that as the warranty expired the dash just died. Bummer! Since this one is on the company vehicle, I really wanted to have a peace of mind. If it dies, I hope I can replace it.

Another great camera for your car to have protection on your side when you need it

Haven’t had to use this yet but, just knowing it’s available makes things easier. I think it’s worth the price to have peace of mind knowing that you have services you can count on.

Recently availed this service to install backup camera and aftermarket audio receivers

My son purchased this radio as a gift. The installer for it immediately informed me it would not fit my vehicle without cutting part of the framework, even though the on line site said it would fit. The installer was great and between him and I settled on a exchange of radios that didn’t require any frame modifications. The install even took longer than allotted by a couple hours. I still had one set of speakers and a back up camera to be installed when he advised me I would need another appointment for the last 2 items. He got really backed up working on my vehicle. I didn’t mind because he was careful and professional. He kept me up to date and apprised of any problems (like taking longer than expected). He did great work
