I've had this type of so called "insurance" on a lot of other items, and just when something does happen to damage the system, I bring that particular purchase in, within the time frame, and they swap it out for the exact same one or newer version. Can't go wrong with purchasing this coverage, you never know what may happen to your purchase, especially if you have kids.

I love that Best Buy offers warranties for purchase. I prefer to buy from Best Buy because the ease of using their warranties is amazing! It’s easy, convenient and it’s reassuring to have a warranty just in case you need it.

Always get protection for your electronics, even if you think your real smart there are always problems you cant resolve, and having the peace of mind that this protection brings is great. I have used this service and its easy to take the device to the local store and they are usually very quick to resolve issues.

Enjoyed by my grandson. He loved to play on it but I wish I had purchased an extended protection (longer than one year).

I always purchase protection plans when they are available. This is an excellent investment because you never know what can happen. I have never had an issue using my Geek Squad Protection. They are always helpful and courteous.

there worth getting get to take the product back and it's either fixed or replaced and if it's in a certain times frame they give you your money back for the warranty.

Not a great device to recommend. Most third party games on the cloud are mostly playable to being unplayable

I love Geek Squad because it whenever I have a problem with a purchase they're always there that's why I go to Best Buy and go to Geek Squad just because of that

Easy, fast, friendly, and I'm not usually a fan of insurance but with kids and electronics I thought it a wise choice. That choice paid off when said kid broke the electronics. Geek squad replacement was easy and quick

I’m not really sure how I got this service but is great to have the geek squad protection for a full year.

My son is 6 and he got the Nintendo 3ds xl for Christmas. He dropped it and cracked the screen. Thank God for GSP-ADH! We brought it back to our local BestBuy and he got a brand new one that day!

Geek Squad Protection is the best. You go the walk thru everything thing with you. They have never made feel like I did know anything just because I didn't know how to use my electronics. Thank You GS.

I know a lot of you think you and your kids wont break it, but I have had to use the insurance on different Items and thankfully it gets covered 100%. BUY INSURANCE on things that kids touch... (and some adults)...

My wife's new 3DS XL had a dead pixel on the touch screen. They replaced the system and helped us get all the data transferred to the new system that day. Was amazing customer service.

Anytime I purchase anything from Best Buy I always buy a warranty as a just in case! Anything can happen and it's good to have as a safety net!

My daughter wanted a 3DS and she repels technology. This came in super handy and saved me from wanting give her a Dusty Rhodes Elbow for breaking her 3rd 3DS.

My 5 year old will break anything not made of wood. Best Buy stands behind there warranties.
