I always but the Bestbuy protection because electronics just don't last very long these days. They renew the protection if the product breaks. While I rarely accept "protection" from other retailers, Best Buy makes it worthwhile and customer service is excellent.

Great to Have Because Like Life You Can Sometimes Get a Lemon

After 2 years of use, my DVD player that was under Geek Squad warranty broke. I was so relieved and impressed with how easy it was to return. The product was no longer on the market, so I received store credit for the initial purchase price of the DVD. Great customer service. Great protection plan benefits.

Our Nespresso machine started leaking after one year of use. Took it Besy Buy, told them what happened, they looked it over and said "okay, go pick out another one". I went to the counter, they scanned it and I'm done. New Nepresso machine, home. Boom

I almost about 90% of the time get the warranty for all my electronics and it’s worth it. No electronics last forever and if you say it does your lying. This service has saved me a lot of money over the years and will continue to keep getting it every time I buy my electronics at Best Buy!

I always get this on anything I get for my children. Laptops, Tablets, Car DVD players. They are so hard on electronics. I always end up using the service and it has saved me with restoring data, repairs and replacements more times than I can count. This particular purchase was a repurchase of protection on a replacement product. Save me $175.00..

This is the best decision I've ever made. When my laptop was driving me crazy I contacted the Geek Squad. When they finished finding the problem and did updates it ran like new. Also the tech was very polite and had no problem exolaining what he was doing!!

I bought this just in case for my headset, I was going to take my Bose to the gym and wanted a warranty just in case. unfortunately my headset is not good for running, but sound great for other things. so I have the protection just in case for at home accidents.

My son is really hard on his portable DVD player so we bought the warranty. When we had an issue with a DVD player, we took it in and it was unable to be repaired. It was replaced immediately, no questions asked.

Agent relaced messed up dvd players with new set. The third set finally worked ok

May not use this warranty, but the geek squad protection is always a plus. Used protection plan on a tv in the past. No question always great to protect your investment. When needed the protection, is always no questions asked, and best buy goes above and beyond to take care of customers.

Like with many of purchases I buy I always have to buy it because I like knowing I’m protecting in case of a malfunction or early use of the product goes out Or defective item is possible have a peace of mind

This protection plan offers so much that it really seems like you have nothing to lose. The item I got the plan for was for my mother, and let me tell you, with that item in her hands, this plan WILL come in handy!

I hear people say these types of products aren't worth it. Let me just say everytime I buy electronics, it lets me get my item fixed. Im not rough on my stuff, things aren't made like they used to be. Best Buy stands behind their warranties and I am always happy.

I've had mixed luck with protection plans. I had two car DVD players. One they honored the protection plan for and one they did not. still worth it i guess

Best Buy's coverage is hassle-free and super fast when it comes to exchanging anything out. You don't even need to bring in a receipt or anything...it's all stored in their computers. Awesome
