Easy to setup through store, would recommend 10/10.

Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

I got this in order to protect my Surface Pro 4. I haven't used it yet but in the past it has been great.

Have not had to use it yet. If I had to I feel like it would be resolved.

On some things I will not get the warranty, but on something as important as this, it's great to have the experts to go to!
