    I don't use it that often, when I've needed it it has been helpful. Some representatives are more helpful than others, but I feel that's true everywhere.

    They do not replace the device. They only give you a store credit for the price you paid at the time of purchase. I'm not sure why they claim that things are covered when in all actuality the price of purchase and the price today are different so my son will be leaving with no tablet today because we are only getting a gift card for the price we paid for the tablet when we purchased it which is different than the price in store today. That is a very very very falsely advertised product and it's extremely frustrating
