I have needed the Geek Squad several times. I guess it depends on who is helping you, but I have only had 1 good experience when face-to-face with staff from Geek Squad. They seemed uninterested and not really wanting to the time to really explain what it is they are doing for you. Basically rushed out of my appointment time that I was allocated pretty quickly - so a little disappointing.

Got this for my dad as a Christmas gift. This is a good tablet for the price range and does what he needs it to do.

Bought this for a tablet me grandson drop the tablet with a case and screen protector and bent charging port had the just return i got a store credit only and only got the amount I paid after using my 40.00 in rewards. They said you lose your rewards then why give rewards if the item you used it on has the be returned and cant be replaced
