    Geek squad reviewed my problematic device and told me that it would be replaced with a reconditioned one but they needed to send it in. Came back 2 weeks later and the device had battery replaced . No improvement. Geek squad then replaced the unit.. wasted one month of time.

    You can't beat Geek Squad for the price. Never had a problem with them and they're easy to deal with.

    Priced a bit on the higher side and probably did not need it considering the last tablet was taken care of really well and was only replaced because of lack of internal storage.

    I got this geek squad protection plan for my girls tablet I thought I could take it in if there's a problem but you have to go to certain stores to use it none of them which were near me
