I used to have a laptop but it was really heavy to carry around. Now I have a tablet it’s convenient I can study and take it anywhere the color on it is great it looks like my smart tv

I bought a fire tablet for my daughter, and purchasing insurance is a must. I think it's a fair price and well worth it. So just like I thought my daughter damaged the charging connection some how, all I did was take it to the store and got a replacement no questions asked. Love how best buy works.

I mean you get what you pay for it break they fix it if they cant they refund you so its always a must to get protection on the device if you take it everywhere

I had purchased my daughter a amazon fire tablet for Christmas and added the protection plan. Well, the tablet didn’t make it to December 26th. When I finally made it in to the store, it was so easy to turn in and get my replacement. I really thought it was going to be a hassle, but it turned out to be a breeze. I recommend a protection plan especially for kids.

Normally I don't have a need to purchase protection and support, but since I am constantly being bombarded with technical questions from family and friends, it's nice to get a package that lasts for about a year and you can have those family and friends contact another professional about any questions or for support. Geek Squad customer service is great and their techs are very knowledgeable.

You never know what's going to happen with a college student! This is a must needed addition to any purchases for college students!

I needed an extended warranty to protect my Amazon Fire 19 HD 2019 Kindle tablet from scratches and damage and dirt very much also. I am glad I purchased this extended warranty through the Geek Squad to give the Amazon Kindle tablet an added layer of protection and piece of mind very much also.

Purchased the tablet for my 11 yoa grandaughter, along with screen saver which we requested geek squad apply. Made an appointment, they put on the screen saver and everything went well.

High recommend, the protection plan is not like the other where you buy it and something happens they want you send it out or they just give you a hard time. It’s all done in house you take it in they fix it or swap it no hassle must have for mom and dad with kids

So this the second table got for grand baby first 1 he destroyed i didn't have geek squad well this time i broke down and payed for the extra protein if your kid hard on toys i suggest u get this to

I have protection on my tablet and laptop. I brought my tablet in for a hard reset, and the guy even didn't try or ask for information about the tablet. I had better experience with my laptop ( they sent it out for repair), the total cost of repair would've been comparable to purchasing a new similar laptop.

ALWAYS get the protection as you never know when it might come in handly lol. With my kiddos its a wonderful must!

I have purchased the Geek squad warranty on large screen tv and surface 4. In both cases, the products were replace for full credit due to maintaining the extra warranty, and in both cases I ended up replacing the items for free. I can't say enough for the Geek squad warranty. Not that it is worth it on smaller ticket items but for what I purchased it was.

Easy purchase had issues with Microsoft surface pro and took in to beat but. It was determined to be a manufacturer defect and covered under standard manufacture warrenty. Because all the associate help, i fid not have to use up purchased warranty

Very affordable and totally worth it! Buying a new tablet for my son, I definitely wanted to purchase the extended warranty!
