I love how lightweight it is and much easier to carry than a laptop. I take it to work and do college work during lunch. I purchased a bluetooth keyboard and it works great.

We bought Geek Squad extended warranty on our 50 inch tv and it was well worth it when the tv died. They came out, diagnosed the problem and rebuilt our tv with new parts all at no charge. Much better alternative to the manufacturer.

I have used this on other computers. It is good to have. They have fixed any problem I have had with other items. I do not like how i do not like how a system that you spent good money on has to be sent in for repair with no idea when it will return. But I guess it has to be done if you dont want to pay huge fees for repairs

Haven't had to utilize this purchase but I feel good knowing that it is available if I should ever need them. Great peace of mind. Not planning on needing it because Samsung products are so well made!

With electronic devices it is always good to get the extra protection. Much cheaper than buying a new device and piece of mind. Love the fact I have 24/7 help with my tech troubles.( I need it)

Love Geek Squad and how they are always there when I need them. Had issues with loading software but went in and they helped me out and had everything loaded within minutes.
