They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

BUY THIS FOR ANYTHING! I get Geek Squad protection for any electronic I purchase at Best Buy. Never had a problem working with them and repairs are always well done. ITS WORTH THE MONEY!

I've had Geek Squad since my first computer and if there's Abby issues, they're there to help.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for a device that I purchased for my son. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a each of mind just incase anything goes wrong with the chromebook.

I had another table with protection on it and the usb charging port burned out and geek squad took care of it.. no Hassel at all that's why i always use BestBuy protection they are the best at what they do.

A year has gone by and I did not use this warranty, but... The previous tablet I got had a problem and due to this warranty I had for it, it was replaced right away.

This is a gift item. My niece always hurts technology. iPhone broken, camera broken, DVD player broken. At least I have piece of mind and do not have to keep papwork. Bestbuy tracks my protection for me.

Best thing since you're the immunization shots, just get the protections you will be happy, its easy break it brings it in give it to the Geeks and they will fix it or replace it!

Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. Geek squad always comes in clutch when i need something done

I like knowing that if anything happens they try to fox it and if they cannot I get store credit for the full value. You do not have to take a refurbished older model, you can choose to upgrade if something does go wrong.

My local store geeks are always helpful and polite. I sometime wonder if my questions are elementary for them but I have never been treated in a condescending manner. Since I was purchasing technology that was new to me, I'm happy that I added this service to my purchase.

The geek squad protection plan was great for my laptop. I got a free laptop when the computer started to malfunction before the year warranty was up. The geek squad team was also very helpful and were very kind to me when I brought them my laptop!

I got the Geek Squad protection for my tablet, because I take it to school every day and wanted a peace of mine, in case anything were to spill on it. Or if I were to drop it, I know it is covered.

I love how if my devices ge. t broken i can bring it back and it wil be fixed. Best buy has always honored it.

Fortunately the tablet i bought this for is still working fine and my kids havent broken it but its nice to have the extra peace of mind just in case something happens and the extra warranty is needed.
