So happy to report I haven't yet needed the service, but it makes me happy to know my Samsung-Galaxy S6 is protected if the need arises.

Geek squad has been great for me. I had a Fitbit go bad before manufacturer warranty went out and the process was very easy to get it replaced. Much better than dealing with manufacturer.

I always buy the protection plans with the geek squad they are very good at repairs or whatever the situation my be they are prompt and want really nice group of people to work with!!

I always purchase the protection plan on items that are somewhat expensive if I have no issues with em I never renews it though
