Got this protection for my 6year old. Knowing I had a protection in a device for a kid was a breath of fresh air.

Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. If it breaks, they fix it. If they can't fix it, they replace it. Never any hassles.

Can not really rate this product as i have only just purchased it and not had to use it yet. Will update if i ever have to use it, but very happy with what it covers especially for a teenager.
