I am hoping the protection plan is like in the past but as of right now we havent had to use it. We have heard it has changed by people that bought it and tried to use it but do not know for sure cause we were told when we bought it it was the same. So i would recommend it but i would also tell what i heard.

I bought for my laptop but not used at all but overall excellent service with not too much cost

I never seem to need the protection, but it is nice to have.

Very Satisfied with my protection plan, Amazon Fire Tablet 10 quit charging ,,,It takes an HDMI charger so I went to the store and Exchanged The Amazon Fire Tablet 10 for a new one ,,,,I had a 1 year warranty so I had to purchase another 1 year warranty to cover any cracks or spills on the Tablet

Perfect time on replacement fast and easy and was efficient.

So glad I bought this protection. I had a pair of headphones break off in the jack and even tho they couldn't remove it they replaced the tablet with no problem at all, well worth it to get this

I love bestbuys geek squad it is easy to use but getting ahold of anyone at bestbuy is like pulling out teeth. I hate there automatic service.

Bought one year warrant on tablets that covers anything. Even if its your fault. Never know if your going to need it.

This plan gives you the piece of mind that if something goes wrong you know that Best Buy will take care of it for you.

Hopefully we won't have to use this, however the service is for our tablet we just got for our daughter. So its a possibility it'll get broken.

Purchase for my Grandsons tablet. Hope that we won't need it, but if so from past experience plans I have purchased before, I have no worries.

Better to be protected then not protected!! I always buy warranties when it comes to electronics, anything can go wrong you never know!

Definitely worth getting a protection plan in case something breaks or stops working

Love it so far so good! Haven’t had a problem with their service.

If its offered to me and i have the extra funds ill defenitely buy it. Does not work with apple products you have to purchase apple care.
