It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first.
I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved.
I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.
