I am pretty technical so I didnt utilize them for set up, but it is nice to have the peace of mind should something happen. For around 100 bucks, I think its silly not to get it being that the computer approaches $1000. Will update review if and when I need to use the service.

I always put this plan on any item that cost ove a hundred dollars. I hav had to use this plan before. Best Buy has always been very helpful in any return or exchange that I have had to make.

You never know what's going to happen with a college student! This is a must needed addition to any purchases for college students!

ALWAYS get the protection as you never know when it might come in handly lol. With my kiddos its a wonderful must!

The Geek Squad at the Lake Jackson store have been very patient & helpful correcting problems with our laptops & tablet. The problems ranged from virus corrupted operating systems, to operator errors. They were friendly, professional, & made timely repairs.

I mean you get what you pay for it break they fix it if they cant they refund you so its always a must to get protection on the device if you take it everywhere

I used to have a laptop but it was really heavy to carry around. Now I have a tablet it’s convenient I can study and take it anywhere the color on it is great it looks like my smart tv

Very affordable and totally worth it! Buying a new tablet for my son, I definitely wanted to purchase the extended warranty!

Never had you use one but if I did and the service is as good as Best Buy my guess is I would be happy with them.

The geek squad protection service is more than worth it every single time. They've helped me with my last 3 computers and my iPad and they are always great. My issue gets fixed, I don't need to pay for anything even when I needed brand new chargers because mine was ruined, etc. It is so worth it.

Purchased the tablet for my 11 yoa grandaughter, along with screen saver which we requested geek squad apply. Made an appointment, they put on the screen saver and everything went well.

Never buy anything without getting Geek Squad Protection. Unlike other protection plans, they really do cover your purchase from day 1 without any problem. The staff is always friendly and straight forward. I really appreciate the many times they have taken care of my kids misshaps! Don't leave the store without it!

I like this very much...light weight...portable....good for all my needs. The smaller by 1/4 inch screen than the Apple unit lowers the price by about 30 per cent at least for the same thing Apple'd sell. And Samsung has more storage space than Apple, according the the sales person

Well haven’t had to really call nd have them fix or repair the fire tablet but I think having the protection for a year for &25 Was good deal can’t go wrong with it I bought it for my 5 year old son so in case he accidentally drops or something happens to it I wont have to worry cuz they will replace or fix it

I bought a fire tablet for my daughter, and purchasing insurance is a must. I think it's a fair price and well worth it. So just like I thought my daughter damaged the charging connection some how, all I did was take it to the store and got a replacement no questions asked. Love how best buy works.
