I have two grandsons 4 and 5 yrs old, 5yr is on the spectrum for austim. Having his tablet working is extremely important to his happiness and comfort. Being 5 is not always a graceful age, tablets are fragile. I never have to worry if I need to replace with this warranty. It has already paid for itself.

I haven't needed to use the geek squad. I have heard though, that they are very professional, and great service.

I have never had a bad experience with the geek squad protection. I have used it in the past. I normally purchase it for my products I purchase. Mainly big items: television, game console, camera, ect... The team will either try to fix the issue or just give you a new replacement (if still in stock). I would recommend buying the protection plan.

Anytime I have ever had any trouble with my devices best buy always fixed the problem. I would never go anywhere else . I rather wait til they have the item then to go somewhere else

Wish I can use it, but there's no way to determine which product is which as you need information such as the product serial number along with the receipt. I ordered multiple as I have four children that each got one. Three of which had a glitch shortly after opening them and froze. I considered sending it back, or going to get repaired but I can't seem to figure out which is which.

The agents are very helpful and make sure things are understood before you leave the store.

Can't say enough about the Geek department. When ever I have a problem they are willing to take the time to explain everything to me, show me how the product works, and always have an answer. One of the best Geek squads I have worked with. I do not know much about electronics but that does not matter to them, they explain it till I understand.

agents have helped me for years whenever a software glitch bugged me. Agents have helped even when I couldn't get the program, app, or software started. When internet failed they were able to walk me through it on the phone. A must have.
