Always a must with products. Accidents do happen and BestBuy replaces quickly with no questions.

I recommend Accidental Damage Plan for any portable device unless you don't mind paying full price to replace it if something happens. You never know, and this is great piece of mind when the unexpected happens.

So far we haven’t needed to use the extended support, or any support for that matter. But based on past experiences it will be nice to have if needed. It’s like an insurance policy you hope to never use but nice if you do.

It was a relief to have this protection on my tablet. Which I forgot I had. I got an email reminder to extend my protection. I dropped my expensive Samsung tablet. So I took it to Best Buy and they took care of everything. I dropped it off and picked it up once it was repaired. So easy. Was able to track the repair progress the whole time.

I have many tablets and usually don't get the protection plan. But this one is to keep for a long time so I did. Happy that I have the an for only a few $ more

I always get geek squad warranty on any electronic purchase above 200 hundred dollars. It completely relieves me of any stress with the purchase. The agent installed my tv to my bedroom wall. I already had an Apple TV which he reconnected to my new Samsung 43 in tv. If I buy a bigger tv for my bedroom, geek squad recommended that I have them come out before hand. To make sure I have enough space on my wall.

Great value when you think about what you're buying and who you're buying it for

I purchased this protection plan when I purchased a tablet for my grandson to do virtual learning. He's been taking care of his tablet so far so there's no need to use it, at lease not yet. It was affordable and something I don't think you can go wrong having.
