I haven’t had to use it yet. I’m glad to know it’s there just in case. This is a gift to my granddaughter, she’s not real careful with her things. I’m happy it was so reasonably priced.

I'm pretty careful with my devices and haven't had to actually use this protection plan yet but I feel better knowing that I have it and I've heard good things from people who have used theirs.

The geek squad is worth the buy. Dont be intimidated to spend the extra money to cover your products. You really just never know what accident can happen to your investment.

I have not had to use them recently but have in the past and they fix the problems every time.

I bought my grandson a tablet and they asked me if I wanted to have protection and at first I said no but the guy went over everything and I was like yes let me get that extra coverage.

If you purchase anything you plan of keeping it for more then a year get this. This will cover you for just about anything they are great with returning it

I was 50/50 on adding a Geek Squad service on my last purchase and I've yet to ever use one in all my years of buying at best buy and sometimes adding it.

They were very knowledgeable about our issues and helped us get a new tablet.

I recommend NEVER going without GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION. I cannot tell you how many times this has saved us when we need help with a replacement or a fix.

You're basically just buying peace of mind. If anything goes wrong, this is here. Geek Squad has helped me with past problems, so I really appreciate it and definitely want it for something as pricey as this. Good investment, but hopefully nothing goes wrong...
