Was told this was the total protection plan but it wasn’t. Still worth every penny as I have used these plans to their fullest in the past.

We have had few problems with products bought at Best Buy, but when we do the Geek Squad has always come through for us. We wouldn't be without the Geek Squad support knowing we will always get an answer.

Bought one year warrant on tablets that covers anything. Even if its your fault. Never know if your going to need it.

IT'S A GOOD SIZED TABLET FOR WHEN YOU REALLY DON'T NEED TO USE YOUR LAPTOP/COMPUTER. JUST WISH IT HAD AN SD SLOT TO PROVIDE MORE MEMORY

I always but extended warranty as a just in case! It eases my mind especially when i have a 5 year old who likes to drop things!

Honestly I have not had to use this option yet. It was pricey but I like to have that security knowing everything will get fixed. I'm really writing this for the bonus point from best buy. Thanks for reading.
