I never had to use this, but I was glad I got it for the peace of mind. I would say its a good deal depending on what you are getting it for.

Protection is always a great investment. Thankfully I haven’t had to utilize it yet but if I need to I’m happy I have it!

Since I bought my Surface Pro 4 I've had to use the plan twice. Both times were my own clumsiness, and my issues were taken care of very quickly. The service folks were professional and competent.

This protection plan is very important along with our purchases in the event any of our devices have any issues

Happy that Best Buy offers extended protection for my technology so don't have to be worried about kids using it.

I love it. My previous tablet was purchased in 2014 & was a real work horse. If this one does as well, I will be thrilled.

It was totally worth getting. Any problem you may have the Geek squad is there to fix it no matter what.

I can always go to them if I have a question and their policy is good if they need to replace your item and they don't make it anymore then they will give you the newest model that's comparable!

Support is available to answer any questions. Haven’t had the need to replace the tablet yet but they’re available to answer any questions.

I was having "phantom touches" on my SP3 and it would have had to be replaced to fix it. But since it was old I was able to trade it in with a Surface Pro 4. It was very simple and easy.

Definitely always get there protection. It's so worth it. They will replace if needed without any problems. Definitely get for all electronics.

My Kindle beat me down the stairs...needles to say, screen had a bad crack...took back from whence it came and got a new one...recommend warranty to everyone...worth the price.

I never regret getting the 2 year plan. Manufacturers usually only offer 1 but with Best Buy Geek Squad, I can take it in and have a solution that day - for 2 years, without a penalty.

Can't go wrong for two years for the price. You never know and it save money in the long run. No hassles either. You can now trade up even.

I haven’t used the service yet, but I will be. My Samsung delays and will get it checked out to see if there are any issues with.

The agent who assisted me was very helpful and convincing as to why it made sense to purchase additional protection. Even with total tech support I needed the ability to replace a broken item. Thanks!

Haven't needed to use it yet. Probably overpriced for what you get. If you are not careful with your electronics, unlike me, it would be a good investment.

A really great service if your item that is purchased through Best Buy brakes and they cannot fix it they will replace it brand new
