This was perfect for my son's birthday gift - he couldn't decide which game was his top pick, so I felt like I was bound to fail, picking just one. This was the perfect solution!!

It is what it is; cash for the 3DS or WiiU. The good thing about this is you can use a credit card that gives you cash back at a store, usually 5%. So at 5% you are getting a $1 back, but it adds up!

We got what was needed but had to purchase multiple cards, as they only had one denomination, but it was Christmas so I'll give them a pass at least they had what was needed.

Pre-paid cards are a great way to protect your credit cards by limiting who has run them. Also great for gifts or for keeping control of how much kids spend on the nintendo eshop.

The card adds funds to your WiiU or 3ds/2ds. Just beware unlike sony and microsoft points, the funds are not connected to your account. It stays locked onto the system you redeem the points on.

Adds $35 dollars to your eShop account. Only con is that $35 isn't a particularly useful amount to have when most games are either well below $30 or $40 for retail games.

This was a gift for my son, and he was able to redeem his GC, and download two games on his own. Very user friendly. I will be getting more since it was so easy to maneuver.

If you don't like having your cc info stored by Nintendo or any other gaming company these cards are the way to go. An easy way to take advantage of Nintendo eShop deals.

Nintendo has a long list of classic titles, and eshop rewards allows you to play them. If you're worried about your credit information being online, these cards are a great option.

The code is legible and easy to enter when scratched off. It would be nice if they used a similar method to iTunes card where you can peel back the sticker covering the code though.

There's not really much to say. it's a points card for Nintendo downloadable games and it does the job. Love when they're on sale. Makes me feel like I'm getting the best deal ever.

Pleasant to look at and functions well. Great design and transferring is relatively easy. Only complaint is that you have to be connected to the eShop to redeem it.

although $35 = $35 in online credit, it is such an odd value to have for one card, chances are you'll have to add a smaller value card to really make a good purchase with the card

Best Buy is capable of better service for this.

First off, let me clarify that this poor review is not because of the product itself, but rather Best Buy's approach to selling this product, and I hope giving it a 1/5 review will grab their attention and see the opportunity of improvement they can take advantage of. I decided to order this eshop card online rather than in store because the product itself was not too substantive for me to warrant driving all the way to the store. I did not want to commute the entire route just for a measly card. And I'm sure other consumers with aficionados in efficiency can attest to how smart, or at least understandable, my choice was. But now let's get to the problem. When I decided to order the card online, Best Buy for some reason thought it was okay to go out of its way to mail the card, instead of just sending me a digital code for it via email like other retailers do. Target and Walmart has been doing this for a while now. Heck, I just found out that there is even a mom and pop store my friend goes to in my town that delivers eshop codes digitally rather than physically when ordering online. If these stores are able to do it, why is it that a store such as Best Buy, a retailer specializing in electronic products, have yet to be able to send eshop cards' codes electronically to consumers who order them online? Now, obviously it's not the end of the world. Of course I can deal with getting it in the mail, but this is not about my laziness. This is about you guys finding better ways to make your service better, and hence, the popular adage, "The customer is always right."

Great for gifts!! The only gripe I have is that when you go and redeem a game in the eShop they include tax so you end up losing out on some value with this scratch card.
