    When I went to scratch it off, the whole code came with it making it unreadable and unusable. Bestbuy wouldn't do anything about it. I understand them not wanting to take returned gift cards. But I only wanted a exchange because mine was unusable. They acted like they didn't care that I was out $50 bucks. I'm very dissatisfied with bestbuy.
