    This is just currency to use on Nintendo's eshop on Wii U or 3DS. I got this to buy Ace Attorney 5 (which is one of the few good games on the eshop). This would be a much better item if there were actually things to buy on the eshop. Come on Nintendo release those Virtual Console games already!!
