In my opinion, the best way to use this card is to change your 3DS zip code to a state that has no sales tax and then purchase digital games. That's how you can make the most out of the card.

Best Buy runs sales on these cards every few months. The $35 card includes free shipping by itself. It's the best deal for these that I have found.
