Never got to redeem this item, and talked to an agent! They claim they wrote a check out for the $200 and still haven’t received the money. Please resolve this issue or I’ll just dispute at my bank. I feel I’m getting the run around

I enjoy being able to purchase gift cards online and the service is great! Best Buy makes payments easy and accepts all different cards and PayPal. I am not able to get out to the store and ease of purchasing a getting digital delivery to my email. I can then gift to others as needed.
