Apple gift card: not activated.

And then I have to spent much time to deal with it. the online chat is totally useless. How ridiculous it is. This experience is terriable.

He tried manually and with camera. I tried on my phone as well; same result. Disappointing birthday gift for sure!

It can’t be changed and no one can help me correct it! That’s ridiculous! Never experienced such bad service!

Selling “Used” Gift Cards?

Bought as a gift and the recipient couldn’t use it. She called Apple and was told the card was activated in 2022. I bought this in March of 2022. Not sure how that works.
