n my opinion, this is one of the best docu/action/adventure movies I have ever seen. I liked it so much, I actually went back and saw it twice. To his credit, Michael Bay keeps the politics to a minimum and focuses on the CIA and State Department security personnel and their heroic response to a sudden, life-threatening crisis. When the movie ended, the viewers were emotionally drained (I know I was) and sat in silence through the credits.

It is a excellent portrayal of a situation that should never of happened. Our government abandoned them

we were riveted the entire time. seemed very realistic--I believe everything in the movie is true.

The film takes itself seriously and really makes you feel is if you are right there in the thick of the battle and are ducking from the bullets. This 2 disc set features an excellent pristine picture with solid colors and perfect contrasts. Audio track is fluid with clarity and that gun fire is not only heard but felt. An entire second disc is devoted to extras which makes this an essential must-have for movie fans and collectors alike.

This is a great movie that honors those that served in this situation.

13 Hours was very intense and answered a lot of questions for me about what really happened over there

The 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi [Blu-ray/DVD] worked as well as any DVD. No issues.

What sounds like a really stupid thing to list as the title for my review is explained in the movie. I know we all remember this. Hillary was Sec State and there was a congressional investigation into this whole ordeal. I can only say that it is by our citizen soldiers devotion to their duty, bound by the brotherhood of soldiers who remained true to their buds that we can succeed even when we are defeated

One of the best movies out there. Saw it in theatres, and knew I had to own it once released on DVD!

This is probably one of my favorite military film so far. Incredible storyline and acting.

Great story, the extras really let you know what happened from the GRS members perspective. Visually compelling, action packed and visceral. Gives you a point of view that most don't ever see. Highly recommended!

We all know Michael Bay is not known for making the most intellectually stimulating fare in the world. BUT this film is definitely the closest and also his best film in at least 15 years. Give this one a shot!
