Very disappointed that Best Buy shipped a damaged steelbook.

Not the best not the worse. It reminds me of a 90's action flick

The movie is good, the steel book a very nice package, but Best Buy consistently cannot send items such as a steel book in the proper package and/or whoever pulls the order at the warehouse, doesn’t bother to inspect before sending out. Ordered a number of these, all came damaged. This time shipped in a box, but with no cushion. Most of the time steel books are shipped in simple bubble mailers, regardless of how many there are. Both very frustrating to deal with and puzzling, since it costs BB money for shipping both ways and a damaged item?

The movie was great, but the blue ray was scratched.

Good action flick. Keeps you entertained throughout.

My review is for the store and not the product. The staff was rude and not helpful, being thanksgiving they weren't busy at all. Nobody in line all stood around to talk to each other

Can't review this because I can't play it. It's 4HD or something that is not compatible with my player. It was a birthday gift for my husband. I tried to return it or exchange for something else but Best Buy refused. They do not accept DVDs that have been opened. So I was out the price of the item and my husband didn't get his birthday gift. Not happy...

I ordered this steelbook online and when I received it, it was completely dented in the back. The steelbook is in horrible condition and has multiple scratches on the front and back. The spine is also severely damaged. Steelbook collectors buy steelbooks because the packaging looks nice but when it's completely damaged and ruined like the ones that Best Buy ships, then it's not worth the extra money. In that case, you'd be better off buying the regular standard edition. Unless you can get this one in stores, don't buy this steelbook online from Best Buy.
