Great movie, all steel books damaged.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The movie is good, the steel book a very nice package, but Best Buy consistently cannot send items such as a steel book in the proper package and/or whoever pulls the order at the warehouse, doesn’t bother to inspect before sending out. Ordered a number of these, all came damaged. This time shipped in a box, but with no cushion. Most of the time steel books are shipped in simple bubble mailers, regardless of how many there are. Both very frustrating to deal with and puzzling, since it costs BB money for shipping both ways and a damaged item?
