Excellent movie surrounding of the Benghazi event, witn the fight to save/defend the Diplomatic compound and the events of the militant force taking control over the property. The dialogue, however, seemed questionable at best. The acting performances were great, considering the script, but the movie, perhaps because of the book it is based on, seeming contrived or that some major liberties were taken.

Interesting to see the dynamic situation in Libya that this movie presented. Very good.

This is a good movie, and gives insight into what happened in Benghazi. Yes, it was a mess up, but those there were hero's. We need not forget that. It was good movie. I put it up there with American Sniper.

I have cut back on movie purchases. Now it has to be an outstanding one for me to buy it. This movie makes the cut. The combat was realistic and the content was an eye opener. I was lead to believe that there was no resonse to help those at the compound by the media. After this movie I now know that there was s heroic effort to help and that as always politics and inter agency rivalry rears its ugly head. Great movie.

The true story of what went down in Benghazi. Your right there with these warriors and on the edge of your seat. All in 4K brilliance.

Based on true story, I watched this the first came out. And I like it. So I bought the blu ray to own. Those people like action and military stuff. This for you.

13 Hours is an extremely well made and beautifully shot movie. The viewer is provided the perspective to fully understand the danger that these brave men were put into. It's truly a hopeless situation and the viewer clearly understands this fact. While the narrative is concise, 13 Hours is absolutely one of the finest movies to relay the brutality of modern warfare and the heroism that our men display to combat it.

Based on the unfortunate events in Benghazi, 13 hours is an infomative and gripping flick!!

Originally started working with a appliance representative, ( Cody Armes ) and as we worked together I found out he was also a audio visual expert as well, so i confided in him and trusted his opinion in stereo, speakers and related equipment. I trust his opinions, so I have been buying both appliances and stereo equipment.

This event saddened me but it was a story that needed to be told. It was done well.

This movie was really, really good. I had heard good reviews about it, and thought I'd give it a shot. I was a little hesitant about it at first because it is directed by Michael Bay, and I am not really thrilled of his directing style a la Transformers. He did a really good job directing 13 hours, a lot of action and drama. My wife even loved it, and she is hard to impress. Been recommending to everyone I know.

Michael Bay brings together a strong cast, his usual dose of explosions, but leaves the poor dialogue he is known for behind. The action on the screen moves at a great pace and is presented to the audience in a clear way that is easy to follow. Just the right amount of character development to make you really care about the main guys. It definitely has a political message, but that isn't overwhelming throughout.

I bought this movie because I am reading the book and I have heard great things about the movie. Even that three of the operators say they did a great job on it and it took them back to what happened during those 13 hours. I can't wait to watch the movie as the trailers look awesome and there are many good actors in it! Based on others and the reviews here; I would recommend it for that reason. Enjoy!

My wife and I watched this movie on a late night, at the end of the day, and when we both were tired. WE DIDNT FALL ASLEEP (which happens often). This movie is based on the soldiers account of what happened on that day and is action packed all the way through. It gives a visual depiction of the turmoil that went on that day and the bravery of the people that were involved. Every person should see this movie.

As a Veteran I loved this movie. It demonstrates the Patriotism of the warriors as opposed to the neglect of the politicians who failed to provide the needed help and support. Obama and Hillary left these people to die and it was only the sacrifice, courage and strength of the warriors that got most of them out alive.

We all know the controversy the Benghazi terrorist attack created in the political arena in 2012. 13 Hours simply tells the story from the prespective of those who were actually there. One of the most intense war movies I've ever seen, that literally makes you feel as if you're under attack right there with them. This is probably the closest you can come to being in a war without physically fighting in one.

Excellent movie on the Obama Administration debacle that was Benghazi. Based on the actual events, movie highlights the failure to anticipate the risks, and the Obama Administration's failure to act before, during and after the events. Movie closely parallels the narrative in Fred Burton's book Under Fire.
