A gritty tale of perseverance, brotherhood, sacrifice, and dedication, this movie does a great job relaying the attacks on the US embassy in Benghazi and the people who defended it. Kris "Tonto" Paronto, John "Tig" Tiegen, and "Boon" all worked with director Michael Bay making sure the account was done right. It's an intense 13 hours that by the end will have you appreciating our brave men and women who defend this country home and abroad.

Dated. It helps you learn a little bit and understand what truly went on with these soldiers in Benghazi. We all know that there are left and right different views on what really went down hint Hillary Clinton. But this along with the explosiveness of Michael Bay shows us what we don't want to go through as human beings and what these guys do go through to protect. I would highly recommend this and thank you guys for protecting the United States

I have watched this movie 5-6 times and it never gets old. Great action, acting, and realism. The movie is based on actual events. I believe that 2 or 3 of the actual 'special' operators were consultants during the making of this film. The producers and director also don't point fingers or politicize the movie which is to their credit, considering the massive scrutiny that occurred after this event. I also have great respect for the men and women who served during these attacks and everybody else that defends our nation. 4K is awesome!

The 4K picture looks great and gritty details are more clear in the visuals.

Excellent movie!! Makes you really think about how things are handled

An excellent outing for director Michael Bay. I Didn't know he had it in him to make a thought provoking film. A gritty no-nonsense film, and you learn little bit of history here too. A tribute to those who were there and the sacrifices they made. The 4K transfer is excellent. The brights,the darks and the shadow details are what makes this transfer noticeable. Go get it!.

The movie itself is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it! That being said, if you have any kind of surroundsound, and especially an Atmos system, you are doing a disservice if you don’t have this movie. It is the best surround and Atmos sound I’ve heard at home yet… Hands-down!

Haven't watched this in theater and heard great things about the movie. I was blown away on how they present it both sight and sound! Great presentation using both dolby vision and ATMOS that when you're playing it using good system, you're gonna be engrossed with the film. Love the movie, love this disc. It's a demo worthy to show off your system.

13 Hours The Secret Service of Benghazi is a great movie that tells the real story of what went on during the attack on the US Embassy in Benghazzi September 11, 2012. It is an intense movie that is gripping but also very sad as lives were lost that very well could have been avoided. Many real life heroes are revealed in this attack on the U.S.

Must watch to get a more realistic view of what happened

This is great movie and a must have for your 4k library!!

The harrowing tale of Americans stuck in Benghazi (considered the most dangerous place on Earth at that time), it's a story of survival. The gritty in-your-face combat is made more harrowing with the 4K quality of this title. The Atmos audio just envelops you so realistically. The horrors of war in 4K. Highly recommended, but not the war.

Picture and sound are excellent. This is a must see!

Great movie! Even better in 4K. Watched the movie in the theater and really enjoyed it. Bluray was cool but you’ll notice so much more detail with uhd and hdr, especially given the dark sets of the movie.

Freaking Awsome movie .... The story makes me mad how this was allowed to happen but this movie was a great war time movie I'm just sad there was truth to this. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I know I'm late but man! This was a very good movie!

Now I don’t necessarily take everything in a movie as “as it happened”. But some did happened as told, sadly people have their lives to protect others and this shows some of the hell they went through. Check this movie out! One of Michael bays best, don’t let that put you out it’s actually perfectly executed

Excellent action and a great true story that most people have forgotten about. One of the few films to come out of liberal Hollywood that throws shade on the Obama era administration that allowed this to happen. Both Hillary and Obama did nothing to prevent it and nothing to help while it happened and provided lame excuses about what sparked it. Highly recommended!!

best of Michael Bay, think the Rock, Armageddon, not the Transformers series, as in: great actions, big explosions, but with characters and story you actually care about. Picture Quality of the 4K HDR/Dolby Vision is amazing, consider the older 1080p Blu Ray was already pretty fantastic by its own right.

This was an amazing and heart wrenching movie, it will make you angry that the government didn't respond faster and save lives that should of been not had to die. Action packed and also filled with human emotion, we all loved it.
